Our story begins when i realized there was a service missing in the Central Florida area. There was no serious companies providing on call wait staff. I was introduced to the concept while working in San Francisco. As a bartender/server by trade i was interested in the concept and worked for them for about 6 months. Everything from mega banquets to small home gatherings. I knew Central Florida would be the perfect place for such a company. We now do events all over the South East U.S.
